We offer a standard and 2 day delivery service for all Canadian orders.
Last date for holiday orders must be placed by noon, Dec. 20th in order to receive by Dec. 24th
Orders placed between December 25, 2017 and January 1, 2018 will only be shipped on January 2, 2018
- Standard Delivery
- Delivery time 5-7 days
- Standard delivery fees for all provinces are of $10.00 CAD or free for product orders of $100 CAD or more and your order will be delivered in between 5-7 working days via UPS.
- 2 Day Delivery
- 2 Day delivery fees for all provinces are of $20.00 CAD and your order will be delivered in 2 working days (delivered in 2 working days on orders placed before 2pm EST Monday – Thursday).
Please note that orders placed after the 2 Day Delivery cut off time will be delivered within 3 working days. 2 Day orders placed on holidays will also be delivered within 2 working days following the holiday.
Orders are dispatched on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Orders are dispatched and delivered on weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding public holidays. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes..
RETURNS - 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If the product is not faulty you may return any product you have purchased to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you and receive a refund. In order to take advantage of this, you must (a) complete, sign and date the returns form included with our original delivery and return the products to us using the prepaid returns postage labels included inside your parcel; and (b) return the product to us in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging. If we consider any returned product to have been used/worn/washed or tags or labels are missing or removed, we may reject the return and not give a refund.
You should obtain and keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us as the returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
We do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear under our 30 Day Returns policy.
